The rural areas of Nevada are often under agriculture, mining and cattle grazing. Very few people reside here and are basically the ones belonging to BLM and Forest services. English is the language spoken; however Spanish is too widely spoken towards Southwest Nevada. This place is highly influenced by Mexican culture and Hispanic culture.
There are high chances of your vehicle breaking down at deserts and hence, do not travel for long distances. A four wheeler would always be recommended and make sure you have the necessary tools and gas along with water round the clock in your car. Long distances would be often too hot and tiring, hence do take breaks wherever possible.
